An American army sergeant has been detained in Russia, accused of stealing from a woman. The Pentagon says Staff Sgt. Gordon Black was stationed in South Korea when he traveled to a Russian city not far from the Chinese and North Korean borders. Black’s mother told CBS News he was visiting his girlfriend.
