Polish general examines Putin threat to arm West’s enemies

Russian President Vladimir Putin warned this week that the Kremlin could supply weapons to nations intent on striking targets in Western-allied countries. The threat came after several nations allowed Ukraine to use their weapons to strike targets inside Russia. Polish Gen.
