A 68-year-old man died after he was struck and killed in his car by a truck driver near John F. Kennedy International Airport on Sunday, police said.

Lower East Side resident U. Fo Ng was parked on the shoulder of the Nassau Expressway near the JFK Expressway around 1:30 p.m. when the driver of an eastbound box truck collided with him, according to the NYPD.

Officers responded to a 911 call for a vehicle crash. Ng was taken to Jamaica Hospital by emergency medical workers and pronounced dead.

Police said the truck driver left the scene of the crash and the investigation was ongoing as of early Monday afternoon. No arrests have been made yet.
