The second-annual Westside Stride will return to Howell Mill Road for a fun-filled afternoon on Saturday, Oct. 6.
Howell Mill Road will be opened to pedestrians, bikers, walkers, strollers and rollers from 8th Street to Trabert Avenue. Along the way, visitors will find local arts and crafts, free live music, and entertainment.
Presented by the Upper Westside Improvement District, last year’s Westside Stride welcomed 20,000 attendees for the family-friendly afternoon.
Special pop-up activities include a Marker’s Market twice as big as last year’s with around 100 vendors, multiple stages with live music, a pumpkin patch, a petting zoo, inflatables and more add plenty of excitement for visitors of all ages, including the four-legged kind.
