Madux Lovinelli gave up four hits over a complete game shutout while also finishing with three hits at the plate, and Nick Grousis had two hits and two RBI as Lynnfield defeated Pentucket 5-0 to win the Cape Ann League title. … Zach Floyd hit a two-run single in the sixth inning and pitched in relief to earn the win, leading Georgetown (17-1) to a 4-1 victory over Manchester Essex.

Ryan Baker struck out 10 over seven innings, and Johnny Walker (2-for-3, triple, two RBI) and Jason Nye (2-for-3, RBI) led a balanced offensive effort from Whitman-Hanson (13-6) in an 8-2 Patriot League win over Silver Lake. … Joe Rogan allowed three earned runs and struck out six over six innings pitched and went 1-for-3 with an RBI at the plate as Plymouth South (8-11) topped North Quincy, 11-4. … Gabriel Knudsen struck out 10 and surrendered two hits while walking two over six scoreless innings, guiding Hanover (14-3) during an 8-0 win over Scituate.

In a nonleague matchup, Ismel Villar shined on the mound (no-hitter) and offensively (2-for-3, three-run home run, walk, two stolen bases, two runs) for Cathedral (9-6) in a 10-0 win over Boston Prep in six innings. … Nicholas Nasiff (three hits, three RBI) and Matt DeRosa (two hits, three RBI) paced the offense to lead Bishop Stang to a 11-7 victory over Nauset. … Homers by Andrew Flaherty and Jackson Richard lead BC High (14-4) to a 4-2 victory over Lincoln-Sudbury. … Andrew Morse gave up one earned run, eight hits and three walks while striking out three over eight innings pitched, and Hayden Leach and Keelan Riggs drove in two runs each as Millis downed East Bridgewater, 6-3.

BOYS LACROSSE

Cylas Hickey (six goals, two assists) and Connor Kingman (six goals, three assists) set the tone offensively for West/East Bridgewater in a 14-9 nonleague win over Cardinal Spellman. … Lincoln Moore scored five goals, and Adam Addeche made nine saves as Foxboro edged Milton, 8-7. … Jayson Kelleher and Nikos Triantafillou both finished with hat tricks to lead Bridgewater-Raynham (11-6) to a 12-1 victory over Canton.

Drew Bossi finished with four goals as St. John’s Prep (15-2) defeated Xaverian, 13-7 and secured their fifth consecutive Catholic Conference championship.

GIRLS LACROSSE

In a nonleague matchup, Ava Robitaille finished with four goals while Elisabeth Delorey and Charlize Collins added three goals apiece to boost Burlington past Masconomet, 13-10. … Kyla Darmon recorded five goals and two assists while Quinn Anderson added five goals to lead Sandwich (17-1) to a 16-9 victory over Hanover. … Peyton Mathisen notched five goals while Lily Berquist added another three as South Shore Tech silenced East Bridgewater, 13-0.

Emerson Pekarcik netted eight goals and supplied three assists, and Bailey Lower finished with five goals, six assists and seven draw controls as Nantucket bested Falmouth 20-3 in the Cape and Islands League.

In Cape and Islands action, Coral Punch finished with five goals, including her 100th career goal, as Nauset blanked Dennis-Yarmouth, 17-0.

Kylee Fennelly notched a career-high three points, and Molly Tufts had four draw controls and three ground balls as Weymouth routed Milton 19-3 in Bay State Conference play.

In a Catholic Central contest, Caroline Batchelder recorded seven points (three goals, four assists) and Avery Valicenti added four points (three goals, assist) to lift Archbishop Williams to a 17-7 victory over Cardinal Spellman.

In the Merrimack Valley Conference, Jill Martin netted six goals and Anna Bierwirth scored the game winning goal in overtime as Chelmsford bested Andover, 14-13.

SOFTBALL

Cameron Bonarrigo struck out seven in her first six innings of varsity playing time, and Riley Lanzillo hit a clutch two-run double to give Marshfield an 8-7 Patriot League win over Plymouth North. … McKenzie Foley finished with a home run, three runs and five RBIs to pace Hanover (10-8) to a 14-0 victory over Scituate. … Bilyana Wilkin collected 10 strikeouts and went 3-for-5 at the plate with an RBI and a run as Hingham defeated Duxbury, 10-4.

Molly Peterson (3-for-3, run scored, five RBI, bases-clearing triple) and Lindsey Lincolne (2-for-2, four runs, three RBI) boosted South Shore Voke in an 18-3 Mayflower Athletic Conference victory over Old Colony.

In a South Coast Conference contest, Eva Zuber (3-for-3, two doubles, three runs scored, five RBI) paced the offense and Lauren Bernaiche struck out eleven to lead Apponequet past Fairhaven, 13-1.

In a nonleague game, Allyson Fagan hit a three-run inside-the-park home run and tallied five RBI, helping to power Medway (11-5) past Sharon 12-0 in five innings. … Brooke Moloney (5-5, four runs, two RBI) and Gabby Marichal (2-4, run, three RBI, home run) sparked a 17-hit St. Mary’s (Lynn) (11-3) attack and a 15-2 win over Concord-Carlisle. … Skye Dupre and Breanna Fontes had four hits apiece as Case pulled away for a 14-1 victory over Dartmouth. … Jessica Chiarenza had two hits and an RBI, and Erin Krall drew a bases-loaded walk in the bottom of the seventh to give Notre Dame (Hingham) a 3-2 win over Whitman-Hanson. … Mackenzie Conlon hit a walk-off single in the bottom of the tenth, clinching a 4-3 win for Middleboro (13-3) over Greater New Bedford.

In an Independent School League game, Sophia Alvarez-Backus picked up the win with six strikeouts and recorded a home run to boost Brooks past Lawrence Academy, 15-0.

Grace Habib drove in Emma Keefe on a walk-off hit, lifting Newburyport to a 6-5 Cape Ann League win over North Reading. … Emma Penniman and Mallory Johnson combined for a three-hit shutout, with Johnson adding a two-run home run as Triton (13-4) rolled to an 11-0 win over Hamilton-Wenham. Maddie January had three hits (two doubles) for the Vikings.

In the Midland Wachusett Conference, Sydney Haslam hit her first career home run, going 3-for-4 with two RBI as Tyngsboro topped Littleton, 11-1.
