Eastern Palace Club in Hazel Park has announced the return of its annual PhantaSea Fest, a sexy multi-day event inspired by Florida’s Fantasy Fest, New Orleans’s Mardi Gras, and Brazil’s Carnival. After a successful inaugural event in 2023, the club is once again bringing the festival to Hazel Park’s South End district, a rapidly developing area within the city. Opened in 2023, Eastern Palace Club has already built a loyal customer base with its unique Key West-inspired beach bar concept.
