- ALL WEEK: Online voting is now underway for tenants at NYCHA’s Hylan Houses, who can choose between one of three funding models for their development. More here.

NYC Affordable Housing Lotteries Ending Soon: The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) are closing lotteries on the following subsidized buildings over the next week.
- 822 60th Street Apartments, Brooklyn, for households earning between $112,526 – $250,380
- 3178 Villa Avenue Apartments, Bronx, for households earning between $104,640 – $161,590
- 1073 Summit Avenue (Waiting List), Bronx, for households earning between $59,280 – $201,240
- The Welz, Brooklyn, for households earning between $50,298 – $218,010
