The Upton, a new apartment complex on the Atlanta Beltline’s Southside Trail will begin pre-leasing in October.

Located at 430 Englewood Avenue on a hilltop site in the Chosewood Park neighborhood, the development is just south of The Beacon, the 110,000-square-foot shopping, dining, and entertainment destination, and Boulevard Crossing Park.

“We have watched this area continue to grow with commerce and residential needs. We are honored to bring the newest luxury multifamily concept, with unmatched amenities, to historical Chosewood Park,” META Real Estate Partners said in a press relase.

The Upton will offer amenities including a fitness concierge, an artist-in-residency program, an edible garden, and more.

META Real Estate Partners is projecting project completion for April 2025.
