Jamestown’s new hospitality living concept, Scout Living at Ponce City Market, is now taking reservations for short and long-term stays

The tower features 405 one- and two-bedroom fully furnished and serviced living units that will be available for a single night, a week, a month or longer starting in September.

The property, which is being operated by Placemakr, will have fully furnished units with kitchens stocked with cooking essentials, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer combo.

Scout Living will provide access to food delivery, services, and goods at the touch of a button, including laundry and dry-cleaning services, housekeeping, restocking of necessities, as well as a private WiFi network.

Guests will have virtual check-in anytime, keyless locks, and 24/7 access to building and tech support. The rooftop will feature a pool, wellness studio, terrace, reservable entertaining spaces, and a residential-style chef’s kitchen.

The second floor will be a place for guests to work, lounge, meet, and hold events. The space will be open daily and available for bookings for meetings, screenings, corporate offsites, specialty workspaces, private dinners, and special events.

For long-term stays, monthly leases currently range from $1,500 for a studio to nearly $3,000 for a two-bedroom unit. For short-term stays, rooms range from $200+ to $300+ per night.

The property is being operated by Placemakr, a leading flex-living operator which optimizes both apartment and hospitality uses for their partners. Their proprietary tech stack will enable seamless flexible-living operations and a best-in-class customer experience.

“Scout Living is a perfect homebase for a connected experience in the heart of Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward,” said Michael Phillips, President of Jamestown, in a press release. “Being located at Ponce City Market will provide guests with a lively and fully activated flexible living experience that will seamlessly integrate guests with dining, shopping, and insider opportunities. Whether you’re staying for a few nights or several months, Scout provides the comforts and conveniences of home to anyone visiting Atlanta.”

Scout Living is part of Ponce City Market’s second phase, which also includes 619 Ponce, a four-story mass timber loft office building that debuted in April 2024, and Signal House, a new residential building.
