Detroit’s sweethearts of Americana, the Codgers, are set to release their new LP, Sweny’s Remedies, Saturday, December 14, at the Gaelic League in Corktown. Joining them on the bill will be Don “Doop” Duprie, Alison Lewis, and Ryan Dillaha with a songwriters-in-the-round set, along with one of Detroit’s hottest new bands, Izak. The album, the band’s fourth, features 14 tracks produced by Dave Lawson and mastered by Jim Diamond.
