Chamblee Police discover THC-laced candy, stolen firearms

Chamblee Police officers uncovered stolen firearms and THC-laced candy during a narcotics investigation. The city of Chamblee said details cannot yet be released because the investigation is ongoing.

Chamblee Police Department seized 11 firearms and a 863 THC packages, including 230.3 grams of marijuana. Forty-seven pounds of Nerd candy ropes containing THC were discovered. Each rope has 400 mg of THC.

ā€œIā€™m extremely proud of the hard work of the men and women of the Chamblee Police Department, as we continue to find ways to protect our citizens and keep our community safe,ā€ said Chamblee Police Chief Michael Dieppa.
