Traverse the gustatory path laid out at Silk Way, recently opened at 507 S. 6th street by Olzhas Karymsakov as his American dream. “Kazakhstan is a mixed place with a lot of ethnicities and cultures and nationalities, and our kitchen represents that,” Karymsakov told BP’s Ali Mohsen.
