Patrick Mouratoglou, the tennis coach of Serena Williams and mentor to numerous rising and leading professionals, and Atlanta International School have partnered to launch Mouratoglou Academy Atlanta.

This new initiative, marking the first Mouratoglou Academy in Georgia, will offer camps and a tennis and school program based on the Mouratoglou methodology.

He opened his first academy on the French Riviera in 1996 and has since expanded to Greece, Maylasia, Italy, Texas, and Florida and has upcoming locations in New York, Indonesia, and Australia.

According to a press release, Mouratoglou visited the campus on Sept. 6 and met with the team, including Kevin Glass, Head of AIS. During the visit, they discussed the new partnership, explored future projects, and even had the opportunity to get on the court together.

“I am proud to bring exceptional coaches and implement our programs to an already outstanding facility, giving young players the opportunity to learn the Mouratoglou Methodology and embrace our philosophy,” Mouratoglou said in the press release. “This approach empowers passionate players to excel both academically and, on the court, enabling them to reach their full potential and train hard every day with our guidance.”

I am so happy to be launching this wonderful partnership with the Mouratoglou Academy – where we can offer the talented young tennis players exceptional and exciting opportunities, both in the classroom and on court, here on the Atlanta International School Sandy Springs Campus,” Glass said in the release. “Whether the student athletes are coming from here in Georgia or from anywhere around the world, with our new Day and Boarding programs, they will get the very best International Baccalaureate education on offer, and be part of a welcoming international community of friends.”
